Just days after their story went viral because her husband went to Raffy Tulfo in Action to find help, overseas Filipino worker (OFW) Sheerlyn Gerasta is now back in the Philippines.
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) through Deputy Executive Director Arnaldo “Arnelli” Ignacio made sure to bring the OFW back to the Philippines for her safety and for her to have the chance to face her tricycle driver husband and their five children.

It can be recalled that Sheerlyn’s husband, Charlie Lozada from Polomoloc, South Cotabato, sought help from Raffy because she chose her engineer lover over him. Sheerlyn and her lover had allegedly mocked Charlie, telling him to use his brains and see if he could have them deported.

Now that she’s back in the Philippines, her first interview came in the live video shared by Arnelli via his personal Facebook account.
In the first video, a crying Sheerlyn was comforted by Arnelli at the airport. Arnelli assured the OFW that they would provide her temporary shelter and accompany her to Raffy’s show to air her side.
In the second video, Arnelli playfully asked the OFW about her husband and her lover. Sheerlyn claimed she no longer loves her husband but her alleged lover was actually just a chatmate on Facebook.

According to Sheerlyn, her husband is ‘obsessed’ with her but she doesn’t like him anymore. Now that she’s back, she wants to focus on the kids but not get back with her husband. Arnelli teased her about this, especially because they had five kids.

Reactions on Sheerlyn’s homecoming were mixed on social media. There were those who felt that she deserved a second chance so she could take care of her children, but there were those who just want her to be jailed for what she did to her family.
